House Rules

Dear guests,
to ensure that everyone feels comfortable with us, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. By signing at check-in, you accept these house rules.

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 15:00, around the clock at the self check-in terminal in the entrance area or via online check-in.
Check-out by 11:00. A later departure is only possible with prior confirmation and may be charged.

2. Access codes and room cards

Your access code and room card are intended only for you and your fellow travellers. Please do not pass them on to third parties.
Visitors who are not included in the booking may not stay overnight in the room.
We charge 20 € for the loss of a room card.

3. Non-smoking hotel

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel premises: in the building, on balconies and window sills, in the courtyard and in the car park – this also applies to e-cigarettes.
In the event of a violation, we charge a cleaning fee of 250 €. We reserve the right to claim higher damages, for example for a fire brigade call-out caused by a smoke detector alarm.

4. Pets

Our hotel is allergy-friendly. Pets are not allowed.
In the event of a violation, we charge a cleaning fee of 250 €.

5. Quiet hours

Between 22:00 and 07:00 we ask for quiet in the building and in the courtyard.

6. Care and damage

Please treat the room and its furnishings with care.
Please report any damage immediately at reception, by email or via WhatsApp.
You are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for any damage culpably caused by you or your fellow travellers.

7. Safety

Please close the window and door when leaving the room.
Do not hold entrance doors open or block them.
Open flames, candles and your own heating or cooking appliances are not permitted.
We accept liability for valuables in the room only within the statutory limits (§§ 701 ff. BGB).

8. Cleaning

Occupied rooms are not cleaned daily, but after departure or at your request.
You can request cleaning by email, via WhatsApp or through our assistant Mia.

9. Overnight accommodation tax

The City of Gera's overnight accommodation tax is charged additionally in accordance with the municipal bylaw.

10. House rights

In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, we may terminate your stay.
In this case, the agreed price remains payable.
