Self check-in around the clock
No waiting at reception: check in online, get your door code in the guest app and arrive whenever it suits you.
How it works
For security reasons, the door code is only issued after you have registered – online in the guest app or at the terminal.
1.Check in online
Two days before arrival and on the day of arrival you receive an e-mail with your personal link to the guest app. Enter your registration details there – it takes two minutes.
2.Door code in the app
After online check-in you will see your room number and personal door code directly in the guest app as soon as your room is ready.
3.Or at the terminal
Without online check-in, use our terminal on the ground floor between the main entrance (Theaterstraße) and the courtyard entrance (Am Bärenweg): enter your reservation number, scan your ID, done.
4.Check-out with one tap
On your departure day, tap “Check out” in the guest app by 11:00 – no key return, no waiting.
